Turmeric Latte with BALANCE (a.k.a Golden Milk)

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk or choice 
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder 
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon  
  • ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger 
  • ½ tsp BALANCE 4 Mushroom Blend 
  • Pinch sea salt + peper 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • Pinch grated fresh nutmeg 

DIRECTIONS 

  • Heat almond milk
  • In a cup, add all ingredients
  • Pour hot almond milk over spice mixture and stir well with a whisk
